Directions:
1. Wash and boil the potatoes. Once potatoes cool down peel and mash them
coarsely either by hand or a spoon or fork or with a potato masher. (do not
make a potato paste)

5. On medium high heat add 2 tablespoons oil in a non stick frying pan or a
heavy bottomed stainless steel pan, add sliced onions and sauté for 5 to 6
minutes or until they become slightly brown, stirring frequently.

6. Add mashed potatoes, sprinkle salt, coriander powder, red chili powder and

minutes so that top of the pepper get light brown. Turn the oven off.
